4. REQUIREMENTS FOR PURCHASING PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCTS
4.1 PROFESSIONAL USERS
Professional users who wish to purchase plant protection products must:
• Provide a valid copy of the purchase and use qualification certificate.
• Provide a valid ID document, whose data must match those of the certificate and purchase order.
• Confirm, through the appropriate "Terms and conditions" flag on the site, that they have read and understood the information on correct product use, health and environmental risks, and waste disposal methods.
All sales will be recorded in a dedicated register, indicating the buyer's qualification code or number. The Safety Data Sheet (SDS) will also be provided in Italian or in the language of the destination country.
4.2 NON-PROFESSIONAL USERS
Non-professional users can only purchase products explicitly labeled as "Plant protection product intended for non-professional users". Before completing the purchase, buyers must:
• Read mandatory information on correct product use, risks to human health and the environment, and conditions for proper storage, handling, and disposal.
• Confirm, through a flag, that they have understood the information and comply with the regulations in force in their country of residence.
5. MANDATORY INFORMATION FOR ALL BUYERS
• Products bear labels with the registration number issued by the Italian Ministry of Health.
• Product descriptions on the site include information about usage and environmental risks, with details on safe storage, handling, application, and disposal.
• The sale of products without the required indications for non-professional users is prohibited.
6. FOREIGN SALES
Buyers residing abroad must comply with local regulations. Linea Verde Giardino commits to providing:
• Information on correct product use in the language of the destination country.
• The translated Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
Buyers must expressly declare, through a flag, that they comply with the regulations in force in their country and use the products in accordance with local provisions.
7. LIMITATIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
• The sale of incorrectly labeled plant protection products is prohibited.
• Advertising unlimited sales of plant protection products for non-professional users is not permitted.
8. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY
Each buyer is responsible for the use of purchased products, which must be in accordance with the provided instructions and applicable regulations. Linea Verde Giardino disclaims any responsibility for non-compliant uses or damages resulting from failure to comply with applicable regulations.
9. SANCTIONS AND LEGAL RELEVANCE
Failure to comply with the described provisions may result in administrative sanctions and, in more serious cases, criminal liability. Buyers are invited to consult the specific regulations of their country.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
